一、植物试管受精技术及国内外研究概况植物的试管受精,一般包括子房内授粉、胚珠试管受精和雌蕊离体授粉三方面。子房内授粉是在植株上进行,不属于试管受精的范围,但它与植物试管受精技术的建立和发展有密切的关系,因此仍将其加以介绍。(一)子房内授粉。即通过人工的方法把花粉直接引入植株雌花的子房,使花粉粒在子房腔内萌发生长,进行受精作用,得到具有生活力的种子和果实。
