深化国企改革,建立现代企业制度是我国当前经济社会发展的重要方针之一。建立有效的经营者行为激励与约束机制是解决现代企业制度存在问题的一个重要方面,也是防止国有资产流失,提高企业经营效率,确保国有资产保值增值的关键。本文从现代企业制度与传统企业制度的区别入手,对国内外理论界有关观点进行了探讨,分析了现代企业制度存在的问题,提出了解决问题的方法,对目前我国国企改革具有一定的现实意义。
Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and establishing a modern enterprise system are one of the important guidelines for the current economic and social development in our country. The establishment of an effective incentive and restraint mechanism for the behavior of managers is an important aspect to solve the existing problems of the modern enterprise system. It is also the key to prevent the loss of state assets, improve the efficiency of enterprises and ensure the value of state-owned assets. Starting from the difference between the modern enterprise system and the traditional enterprise system, this paper probes into the relevant points of view of the domestic and international theoretical circles, analyzes the existing problems of the modern enterprise system and puts forward the methods to solve the problems, which has certain practical significance to the current reform of state-owned enterprises .
