目的探讨认识房室径路分层阻滞对分析诊断疑难复杂的心律失常的重要意义。方法采用美国GEST2400型心电图机十二导联同步记录心电图,对12例房室径路分层阻滞进行回顾性分析。结果交替性文氏传导或分层阻滞是快速房性心律失常基础上发生的心电现象。结论房室径路分层阻滞在疑难心律失常的分析和正确诊断中有着十分重要的意义。
Objective To explore the significance of recognizing stratified blockage of atrioventricular route in the analysis and diagnosis of complicated arrhythmia. Methods The electrocardiogram (ECG) was recorded synchronously by twelve leads of American GEST2400 electrocardiogram, and 12 cases of atrioventricular block were retrospectively analyzed. Results Alternating Ventricular conduction or stratified block is an electrocardiogram that occurs on the basis of an atrial tachyarrhythmia. Conclusion Atrioventricular block stratification is very important in the analysis and correct diagnosis of difficult arrhythmia.
