以桔梗茎为试材,采用微波协同双水相的方法,研究了各因素对桔梗茎总皂苷萃取率的影响,并考察了桔梗茎总皂苷提取液的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:微波协同双水相萃取桔梗茎总皂苷的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶25g/mL,微波功率600W,醇水比(mL∶mL)0.77,萃取时间7min,硫酸铵质量浓度0.21g/mL,在此工艺条件下,其平均萃取率为92.31%;桔梗茎总皂苷提取液具有一定的抗氧化能力,而且其抗氧化活性随桔梗茎总皂苷提取液质量浓度的增加而逐渐提高。
The effect of various factors on the extraction rate of total saponin of Campanulaceae was studied using the stems of Campanulaceae as test materials and the microwave synergistic aqueous phase. The antioxidant activities of total saponins from Campanulaceae were also studied. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of total saponins from Campanulaceae by microwave cooperating two-phase extraction were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1:25 g / mL, microwave power 600 W, alcohol-water ratio 0.77, extraction time 7 min, 0.21g / mL. Under this condition, the average extraction rate was 92.31%. The total saponin extract of Campanulaceae had certain antioxidant capacity, and its antioxidant activity gradually increased with the increase of the total saponin extract of Campanulaceae improve.
