目的探讨硝呋太尔阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效,并观察患者治疗前、后临床症状及性激素水平的变化。方法回顾性分析120例阴道炎患者的临床资料,其中以双唑泰栓治疗者为对照组(60例),以硝呋太尔阴道软胶囊治疗者为观察组(60例)。统计2组临床疗效,通过阴道涂片来判断2组患者治疗前后阴道炎症、阴道健康及阴道脱落细胞成熟指数情况;并于治疗前、后抽取患者空腹下肘静脉血液以检测其性激素水平;统计2组治疗期间的不良反应,并随访6个月以统计2组痊愈患者中的复发人数。结果 2组患者治疗后各项临床症状指标及性激素水平较治疗前明显改善,观察组各项指标改善程度较对照组更显著(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的71.7%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的15.0%(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用硝呋太尔阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎效果显著且安全,同时可明显降低治愈后复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifuratel vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vaginitis and to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and sex hormones before and after treatment. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with vaginitis were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, the control group (60 cases) was treated with metoprolol as the control group, and the nifuratel vaginal soft capsule treatment group (60 cases). Statistics 2 groups of clinical curative effect, vaginal smear to determine the two groups of patients before and after treatment of vaginal inflammation, vaginal health and vaginal exfoliation cell maturation index; and before and after treatment, patients under fasting elbow venous blood to detect the level of sex hormones; statistics Two groups of adverse reactions during treatment and follow-up of 6 months to count the number of patients in two groups recovered from the recurrence. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms and the levels of sex hormones in both groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment. The improvement of each index in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (all P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0% (71.7%) in the control group (P <0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 3.3%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.0%, P <0.05). The follow-up of 6 months, the observation group recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nifuratel vaginal soft capsule treatment of vaginitis is significant and safe, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate after cure.
