北京朝阳医院是北京市卫生局领导下的“三级甲等”综合医院,是首都医科大学附属、教学医院。位于北京市朝阳区工人体育场东南200米。于1958年2月建院,于2000年6月组建朝阳医院集团。现有住院床位1000张,在职职工1800余人,正、副教授和相应职称的高级医务人员近300人,首都医科大学心血管病研究所、泌尿外科研究所、北京市呼吸疾病研究所及临床部均为医院的重点学科。日门诊量3200人次左右、急诊300人次左右,2000年出院人数约20000人次,《中国病案》杂志编辑部设在北京朝阳医院。
