洋金花(Flos Daturae)中具有麻醉作用的有效成份是东莨菪硷(Scopolamine),一般提取东莨菪硷也都是以洋金花为原料。上海地区习惯以白曼陀罗(Datura metel L.)除去花萼的干燥花冠为洋金花生药。据江苏省药品检验所分析,白曼陀罗的花萼也含有生物硷。我们为了充分利用药源,采用圆形滤纸层析分离后溴甲酚绿比色法(见注),将上海地区产的白曼陀罗花冠与花萼中东莨菪硷的含量进行测定比较。另外,因产区混种有毛曼陀罗(D.innoxia Mill.),故对毛曼陀罗花冠也作了含量测定。
The effective ingredient for anesthesia in Flos Daturae is Scopolamine. Generally, the extract is also made from goldenrod. The Shanghai area is accustomed to using Datura metel L. to remove the dry corolla of flower buds for Yangjin peanut medicine. According to analysis by the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Drug Control, the white mandala’s calyx also contains biological glycosides. In order to make full use of the drug source, we used the bromocresol green colorimetric method (see note) on the circular filter paper to separate and compare the content of the white Datura flower bud and the middle part of the flower bud in Shanghai. In addition, because of the D.innoxia Mill., a mixed species, the content of the Mandala flower was also determined.
