目的探讨解毒愈溃汤联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果和安全性。方法选择2013年3月-2015年3月就诊于我院肛肠科的尖锐湿疣患者110例,随机分为对照组(n=50)和联合治疗组(n=60),对照组患者使用CO_2激光治疗,联合治疗组在对照组基础上,加用自拟解毒愈溃方(一日1剂),疗程均为8周。比较两组患者痊愈率和治疗结束后第4、8、12周的复发率以及不良反应。监测治疗前后外围血T淋巴细胞亚群比例。结果联合治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组,治疗后第4、8、12周的复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后CD3~+T、CD4~+T淋巴细胞百分率及CD4~+/CD8~+比值明显高于对照组,而CD8~+T淋巴细胞百分率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解毒愈溃汤联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,安全性好,且复发风险低,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Jiedu Yucui Decoction combined with laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods One hundred and ten patients with condylomata acuminatum treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and combination therapy group (n = 60). Patients in control group were treated with CO_2 laser Treatment, combined treatment group on the basis of the control group, plus self-detoxification healing party (one day a), treatment were 8 weeks. The cure rate of the two groups were compared and the recurrence rates and the adverse reactions at the 4th, 8th and 12th week after the treatment were compared. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were monitored before and after treatment. Results The cure rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The recurrence rates at the 4th, 8th and 12th week after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The percentage of CD3 ~ + T, CD4 ~ + T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + in the combination therapy group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the percentage of CD8 ~ + T lymphocytes in the combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in the control group Significance (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Jiedu Yucui decoction combined with CO_2 laser treatment of genital warts high cure rate, good safety, and low risk of recurrence, it is worth promoting.
