目的为确保临床用药安全性,调查分析社区医院现有中药饮片的资源情况。方法根据中药饮片基原分类结合统计学方法进行分析整理,掌握本社区医院中药饮片种类的分布情况。结果我院有441种中药饮片,植物类有390种,占88.4%;动物类31种,占7.1%;矿物类20种,占4.5%。结论中药饮片形式多样,来源复杂,建议各基层机构应从原产地或正规渠道入药,并及时整理中药饮片的保存及鉴别信息,加强质量管理。
Objective To ensure the safety of clinical medication, investigate and analyze the resources of the existing Chinese medicine Pieces in community hospitals. Methods According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces based on the original classification and statistical methods to analyze the distribution of Pieces of Chinese Herbal Medicine in this community hospital. Results There were 441 kinds of Chinese Herbal Pieces in our hospital. There were 390 plant species, accounting for 88.4%, 31 species of animals accounting for 7.1% and 20 species of minerals accounting for 4.5%. Conclusion Pieces of traditional Chinese medicine have various forms and complex origins. It is suggested that all grassroots establishments should import medicine from the place of origin or the formal channels and organize the preservation and identification of Chinese herbal medicine slices in time to strengthen quality control.
