临床上因药物使用不当常导致继发性高血压,严重者可造成恶性高血压。目前认为其发病率较高,但尚未引起足够重视。本文收集了近年来国内外有关文献作一综述。一、肾上腺皮质类固醇类药物:该类制剂引起高血压是众所周知的。强的松潴钠增高血压的情况和柯兴氏综合征时血压增高相一致。有报告,长期给药引起恶性高血压而致死,甚至连其滴鼻制剂若长期使用也会发生血压升高,应引起足够重视。
