9月22日至25日我国主办的第15届政府间邮票印制者大会指导委员会会议在京举行,来自中国、丹麦、德国、波兰和巴西的代表出席了会议。葡萄牙代表因企业改制缺席本次会议。这是我国第二次主办印制者大会,邮票印制局王振宏局长作为大会主席主持了会议。此次会议的主要议题是组织章程和邮票评选规则的修改,成员资格审查与新成员发展,通过大会会标设计方案,确定2014年全会日程和主要议题及2016年第16届大会东道国等。其中,对组织章程和邮票评选规则的修改是本次会议
From September 22 to 25, a steering committee meeting of the 15th China Government Stamp Press Conference hosted by our country was held in Beijing. Representatives from China, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Brazil attended the meeting. The representative of Portugal was absent from the meeting due to the restructuring of enterprises.
