我国中小外贸企业数目众多,然而其资质实力参差不齐,在经济形式大好时,企业对人力资源危机还不大敏感。金融危机的冲击下,多数中小外贸企业只能无奈地做出减薪的决策,但在实施过程中错漏百出,使得企业伤痕累累甚至“关门大吉”。本文对珠海XX国际贸易有限公司的成功减薪经验进行了分析,希望能够为中小外贸企业解决人力资减薪源危机提供参考和借鉴。
