依据ISO/IECl7025标准中的规定,实验室应具有不确定度评定程序和对每一项有数值要求的测量结果进行不确定度评定的能力。当客户、认可机构及质量体系和检测方法有要求时,能够出具不确定度的检测报告。本文阐述了检测实验室不确定度评定程序的建立,不确定度评定流程,举例说明了不确定度评定方法,并提出了一些注意事项。
According to the provisions of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard, the laboratory shall have an uncertainty assessment procedure and the ability to assess the uncertainty of each measurement with numerical requirements. When the customer, the accreditation body and the quality system and testing methods are required, it can issue an uncertainty test report. This article elaborates the establishment of the uncertainty assessment program in the testing laboratory, the procedure of the uncertainty assessment, the example of the uncertainty assessment method and some considerations.
