随着就业制度的不断变革,越来越多的中职毕业生开始面临巨大的就业压力,为了提升教师的教学能力和专业实践能力,提高中职院校的就业率,就必须以专业指导课程为向导,通过实际的方法和措施来提高课堂的有效性,激发学生的学习积极性。本文主要从目前中职院校以就业为导向的专业课程指导教师的教学能力以及学生的课程设计进行分析,探索中职院校专业指导课程的实施。
With the continuous reform of the employment system, more and more secondary vocational graduates are facing tremendous employment pressure. In order to enhance the teachers’ teaching ability and professional practice ability and improve the employment rate of secondary vocational schools, it is necessary to take professional guidance courses For guidance, through practical methods and measures to improve the effectiveness of the classroom, to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning. This article mainly analyzes the teaching ability of vocational guidance teachers and the curriculum design of students in vocational colleges at present, and probes into the implementation of professional guidance courses in vocational colleges.
