广东省组建和发展大企业集团的工作,已经取得了一定的成绩,今后一段时期内,重点将抓好以下几项工作:(一)抓好大集团的规范化建设。正确处理好三个关系:母公司与成员企业的关系;集权与分权的关系;总体决策与分层决策的关系。(二)积极推进联合兼并。推进强强兼并联合的基本思路是:(1)以名牌产品为龙头。选择彩电、彩管、电冰箱、空调器、洗衣机、电话机、微波炉、啤酒等名牌产品为龙头,选择重点扶持企业,推进企业间的兼并、联合;(2)充分发挥两个积极性。既要发挥企业的积极
