1 病例报告患者女,37岁。因发现下腹部肿物1月伴发热、疼痛1周,于1999—11—11入院。查体:一般状态可,体温39℃。于下腹部可触及20cm×18cm 的肿物,质硬,边界清,活动差,无触痛。妇科检查:子宫大小正常,右后方可触及21cm×21cm×13cm 硬性肿物,边界清,活动不佳,无压痛,左侧未触及异常。外周血血红蛋白86g/L,白细胞65.7×10~9/L,分叶0.83,杆状0.03,单核0.11。细胞涂片镜检发现60%分叶胞质中有中毒
A case report patient female, 37 years old. Because of lower abdominal mass found in January with fever, pain for 1 week, admitted to hospital on November 11, 1999.
