自2004年全国文化信息资源共享工程新疆省级分中心启动以来,网络基础设施日渐完善、资源建设初具规模、服务网络及服务手段基本形成,文化信息资源共享工程的服务效果已经初步显现。根据新疆维吾尔自治区文化信息资源共享工程资源建设实施情况,还需进一步探索项目建设过程中出现的规划问题、资源征集问题、管理问题、组织问题、人才队伍问题、培训问题、宣传推广问题的具有地方特色的解决模式。
