According to a briefing on the press conference held by Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Erkan Ashkayev on the news conference, the 4th meeting of the Committee for the Safeguarding and Utilizing of the Transboundary Rivers between China and Kazakhstan was held from October 16 to 21, 2006 at Almaty held.
