目的 探讨鼻息肉病人治疗前后组织转化生长因子 α(TGF α)、表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达。方法 应用免疫组化法和放免法分别测定激素组 (45例 )、非激素组 (45例 )和对照组 (30例 )治疗前后鼻息肉组织中TGFα、EGFR和PCNA的表达及血浆TGF α、IL 6、TNF含量。结果 TGF α、EGFR和PCNA阳性表达治疗后均低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5 ) ;激素组和非激素组TGF α ,IL 6和TNF含量均高于正常对照组 ,治疗后低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ;激素组平均出血量明显低于非激素组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;鼻息肉组织TGF α表达和血浆TGF α含量间呈正相关 (r =0 6 2 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;激素组治愈率明显高于非激素组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,复发率低于非激素组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 测定上述物质的表达及含量可能对鼻息肉的诊断和疗效观察有一定的帮助。
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor α (TGF α), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in nasal polyps patients before and after treatment. Methods Immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay were used to determine the expression of TGFα, EGFR and PCNA in the nasal polyps before and after treatment in the hormone group (45 cases), the non-hormone group (45 cases) and the control group (30 cases) IL 6, TNF content. Results The levels of TGF α, EGFR and PCNA were all lower than those before treatment (P 0.05). The levels of TGF α, IL 6 and TNF in the hormone group and the non-hormone group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group The mean amount of bleeding in hormone group was significantly lower than that in non-hormone group (P <0.05). The expression of TGF-α in nasal polyps was positively correlated with the level of plasma TGF-α (r = 0 6 2, P <0 05). The cure rate of hormone group was significantly higher than that of non-hormone group (P <0.05), and the recurrence rate was lower than that of non-hormone group (P <0.05). Conclusion The determination of the above substance expression and content may be helpful for the diagnosis and curative effect of nasal polyps.
