研究转化生长因子(( T G Fβ)、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ( I G FⅡ)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b F G F)及血小板衍生性生长因子( P D G F)等四种生长因子中,三种生长因子交互应用和四种生长因子联合应用对人胚成骨样细胞增殖与分化的影响。在不同的实验期间检测成骨样细胞3 H胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(3 H Td R)、3 H脯氨酸(3 H Proline)的掺入量和碱性磷酸酶的含量。结果显示:三种和四种生长因子交互联合应用,对人胚成骨样细胞增殖与分化有明显的促进作用。预示具有协同作用的生长因子联合应用,可提高其促进骨形成的生物学效应,可能成为临床治疗骨疾病和修复骨缺损的一种新途径。
To study the effects of TGF-β, IGF-Ⅱ, bFGF and platelet-derived growth factor ) And other four kinds of growth factors, the interaction of three kinds of growth factors and four kinds of growth factors combined application of human embryo osteoblast-like cells proliferation and differentiation in different experiments during the detection of osteoblast-like cells 3H thymidine deoxy Nucleosides (3 H Td R), 3 H proline (3 H Proline) incorporation and alkaline phosphatase content.The results showed that: three kinds and four kinds of growth factors interacting with each other, The proliferation and differentiation of embryo osteoblast-like cells can be obviously promoted.It is indicated that the combination of growth factors with synergistic effect can enhance the biological effect of promoting bone formation and may be a new way to treat bone diseases and repair bone defects clinically .
