为寻求有效防制抗性家蝇的杀虫药物,通过筛选选择合理有效的新型杀虫剂配方,提高卫生杀虫剂对抗性家蝇的杀灭能力,对“9806”等新型卫生杀虫剂进行杀虫效果观察。结果表明,“9806”能明显提高对抗性家蝇的杀灭功效,实验室半数致死量为 0.0077μg/ ,是市售常用杀虫剂的 3-4倍;模拟现场1h击倒率和 24h 死亡率均为 100%,比其它杀虫剂灭蝇效果提高 2-5倍;现场使用灭蝇效果,相关密度指数小于50达2个月以上。稳定性试验均达到卫生部门有关杀虫剂的稳定性要求。说明“9806”新型卫生杀虫剂对抗性家蝇有明显的杀灭和增效作用。
In order to find out the effective insecticide for controlling the resistant housefly, the new insecticide formula which is reasonable and effective is selected to improve the killing ability of the insecticide against the housefly.
