国家重点工程建设项目如何加强消防安全工作管理?云南省首家总装机容量上百万千瓦的漫湾发电厂做了有效的探索。 9月2日,记者来到漫湾,正巧碰上厂里的义务消防员在进行安全规程考试。教室里只有唰唰的写字声,消防队员们神情极其认真、专注。不便打扰,便与副厂长戴华宇、保卫科长黄龙云聊了起来。 原来,这正是厂里消防安全管理的一项举措。这样的考试每月都举行一次,不管是厂长还是工人,考试不合格者一律不得上岗。运行分场还制定了更“苛刻”的细则:不合格者先下岗补习一周,啥时合格啥时返回岗位。 云南第一家部省合资(投入30亿元)兴建的漫湾发电厂总装机容量150万千瓦,目前已投产125万千瓦,电力负荷占全省50％,我省用电量的三分之一源于这个电厂。漫湾电厂是我省生产、生活用电最重要的电厂之一。稍有闪失,不仅是电厂本身,全省都将产生不可估量的损失。因此,电厂一直把消防安全管理当作工作的重点来抓。
