安阳钢铁集团公司是1958年建厂的国有企业,原设计能力为年产钢10万吨。建厂40多年来,尤其是改革开放以来,取得了持续23年盈利不亏损的良好经营业绩,综合竞争实力也有明显提高。目前已形成资产总额100亿元,拥有职工4万人的国家特大型钢铁联合企业,成为河南省最大的钢铁生产基地,全国第13大钢铁企业,并进入世界产钢100强企业之列。2002年,集团公司产钢412万吨,产铁348万吨,产材315万吨;实现销售收入80亿元,实现利税12亿元、利润4.3亿元,继续保持行业先进水平。
Anyang Iron and Steel Group Corporation is a state-owned enterprise set up in 1958 with an original design capacity of 100,000 tons of steel per annum. Since the establishment of the factory over 40 years, especially since the reform and opening up, it has achieved good business performance with no loss and profit for 23 consecutive years and its overall competitive strength has also remarkably improved. At present, it has formed a state-owned large iron and steel complex with a total assets of 10 billion yuan and 40,000 employees. It has become the largest steel production base in Henan Province, the 13th largest iron and steel enterprise in the country, and has entered the list of the 100 largest steel-making enterprises in the world. In 2002, the Group produced 4.12 million tons of steel and produced 3.48 million tons of steel and 3.15 million tons of production materials. It achieved sales revenue of 8.0 billion yuan, realized profits and taxes of 1.2 billion yuan and profits of 430 million yuan, continuing to maintain its advanced level in the industry.
