目的探讨运动平板试验在诊断冠心病中的意义。方法随机选取我院2009年～2010年住院患者中疑似冠心病的100例患者,在2周内先后对其进行运动平板试验检查和冠状动脉照影。结果运动平板试验的确诊率为80%,敏感性为82.6%,特异性为74.2%。结论运动平板试验在冠心病诊断中安全可靠且操作简单,有较高的敏感性和特异性。
Objective To investigate the significance of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected coronary heart disease in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were randomly selected and examined by treadmill test and coronary angiography after 2 weeks. Results The positive rate of exercise treadmill test was 80%, the sensitivity was 82.6% and the specificity was 74.2%. Conclusion The treadmill test is safe and reliable in diagnosis of coronary heart disease with simple operation and high sensitivity and specificity.
