随着时代的进步,现代科技水平日益提高,金融工程得到了不断完善,目前其覆盖范围日益广泛,通过金融工程与手段,能够有效地解决与经济相关的问题。新形势下,金融工程已经成为现代企业发展中,各类经济问题的重要手段之一,有效管控出现的管理风险。基于此,本文在论述相关内涵基础上,分析了金融工程的优势及其特点,同时对现代企业风险变革进行了分析,提出了构建风险管理系统的措施,希望对我国现代企业风险管理有借鉴作用。
With the progress of the times, the level of modern science and technology is increasing day by day. Financial engineering has been continuously improved. At present, its coverage is widening. Financial engineering and measures can effectively solve economic problems. Under the new situation, financial engineering has become one of the most important means in the development of modern enterprises and various economic issues, and the effective management and control of emerging management risks. Based on this, based on the discussion of relevant connotation, this paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of financial engineering, at the same time analyzes the modern enterprise risk change, puts forward the measures to construct the risk management system, hoping to have a reference for the modern enterprise risk management in our country .
