目的建立RP-HPLC法测定普乐安片中槲皮素和山柰素的方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(49∶51),体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长360 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果槲皮素和山柰素分别在1.526～305.300μg/mL(r=1.000 0)、2.26～451.90μg/mL(r=1.000 0)线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为98.05%(RSD=1.72%)和99.82%(RSD=1.23%)。结论方法操作简便、准确,重现性好,可用于普乐安片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in pramlin tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (49:51), the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 360 nm, Sample size 10μL. Results There was a good linear relationship between quercetin and kaempferol in the range of 1.526-305.300μg / mL (r = 1.000 0) and 2.26-451.90μg / mL (r = 1.000 0). The average recoveries were 98.05% (RSD = 1.72 %) And 99.82% (RSD = 1.23%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Puluian tablets.
