如果现在不注意控制风险,对地方政府而言,将来城投债很可能不是付息的问题,而是一个还本的问题《瞭望》新闻周刊近日在调研中了解到,据国家发改委财金司的统计,今年1-5月,我国已经发行的城投债达46只,融资605.1亿元。其中,仅3月份就发行14只、总额为200亿元的城投债,几乎等于去年城投债发行14只、总额241亿元的全年总量。
