企业文化及其建设对一个企业的生存和发展具有极其重要的意义,而企业工会组织对于促进企业文化建设又有着十分重要的作用。企业工会组织和企业文化建设是密不可分的,工会组织要围绕企业中心,充分发挥自身的重要作用,促进和谐劳动关系的发展与和谐社会的构建。工会组织还要与时俱进,不断创新,充分发挥自身优势和强大的号召力,并积极探索新途径,主动地参与到企业文化建设中,而且要满足目标明确、步骤合理、秩序统一等要求。
Corporate culture and its construction are extremely important to the survival and development of an enterprise, and the trade union organization of an enterprise plays an important role in promoting the corporate culture construction. The trade union organizations in enterprises and the building of enterprise culture are inseparable.
