目的探讨纳米胶体钯在石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血样铅、镉中的应用,建立快速、稳定、灵敏、准确的测定方法。方法血样经稀释后,以纳米胶体钯为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉的浓度。结果本法在铅浓度为0μg/L~40.0μg/L、镉浓度为0μg/L~3.0μg/L的线性相关系数均>0.999,铅的检出限为3.22μg/L,回收率为90.1%~106.2%;镉的检出限为0.28μg/L,回收率为90.6%~103.4%,相对标准偏差均<10%,同时对GBW09139和GBW09140冻干牛血国家标准物质进行测定,结果均在标准值范围内。结论该法简便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于人血液中微量铅、镉的快速批量测定。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of nano-colloidal palladium in the determination of lead and cadmium in blood samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, and establish a rapid, stable, sensitive and accurate determination method. Methods The blood samples were diluted to determine the concentration of lead and cadmium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with nano-colloidal palladium as matrix modifier. Results The linear correlation coefficients of Pb (Ⅱ) in the range of 0μg / L to 40.0μg / L and the concentration of 0μg / L to 3.0μg / L were 0.999, the detection limit of lead was 3.22μg / L and the recovery was 90.1 % ~ 106.2%; the detection limit of cadmium was 0.28μg / L, the recovery was 90.6% ~ 103.4%, the relative standard deviations were less than 10%, GBW09139 and GBW09140 freeze-dried bovine blood national standards were measured, the results were In the standard value range. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the rapid determination of trace amounts of lead and cadmium in human blood.
