铸造生产中,热砂的冷却是保证铸件质量的一项重要步骤。下面介绍一种热砂冷却设备——逆流式冷却机。某厂引进了西德克林(KLEIN)公司的这种冷却设备。逆流式冷却机是一种用水怍为冷却介质的冷却设备,适用于流动性良好的热砂,如经烘干的新砂或再生砂。其工作原理如图1所示。热砂入进料口下来通过进料箱1及筛板3进入冷却箱4(杂物留在筛板上面),冷却箱内装有蛇形冷却水管,带压力的冷水由下面进入,沿蛇形管流过,带走热砂通过管壁传来的热量,而后由上面的出口排出,热砂由此得到冷却。排水温度一般应低于冷却成品砂温10℃以上。冷却箱的下面有闸门5和调节部件6,通过调节开口的大小,可使砂子按预设速度均匀通
In casting production, the cooling of hot sand is an important step to ensure the quality of castings. The following describes a hot sand cooling equipment - counter-flow cooler. A factory introduced the cooling equipment from KLEIN. Counter-flow cooler is a kind of cooling device with water-cooled helium as cooling medium. It is suitable for hot sand with good fluidity, such as dried new sand or recycled sand. Its working principle is shown in Figure 1. The hot sand enters the feed inlet and enters the cooling box 4 through the feed box 1 and the screen plate 3 (the debris is left on the screen plate). The cooling box is provided with a serpentine cooling water pipe, cold water with pressure enters from below, along the serpentine pipe. Flow through, take away the heat from the hot sand passing through the pipe wall, and then discharge it from the upper outlet, which cools the hot sand. Drainage temperature should generally be less than 10°C above the cooled product sand temperature. Under the cooling box, there is a gate 5 and an adjusting member 6. By adjusting the size of the opening, the sand can be evenly distributed at a preset speed.
