本文用刚塑性有限元法中的可压缩法分析了H型钢轧制问题,分析并处理了两类奇异点。通过采用简化三维单元、对优化矩阵进行半带宽上非零元素一维压缩存储和迭代求解中沿牛顿方向按黄金分割法进行一维搜索等措施,开发了用于微型机的有限元程序,文中将有限元计算结果与模似实验结果作了比较。
In this paper, the problem of rolling of H-section steel is analyzed by the compressible method in the rigid-plastic finite element method. Two kinds of singular points are analyzed and processed. By using simplified three-dimensional elements, the optimization matrix is stored in a one-dimensional half-bandwidth non-zero element and stored in iterative solution, and one-dimensional search is conducted by Newton’s direction along the golden section in the iterative solution. The finite element program for the microcomputer is developed. The finite element calculation results are compared with the simulation results.
