[Shijiazhuang News] Recently, Shijiazhuang City Government decided to transfer 35.3% of the shares of Shijiazhuang Lerentang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to the Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. for shares of 14.642 million yuan. Founded in August 1997, Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group is composed of the former Hebei Pharmaceutical Group, Shijiazhuang Yiyao Group, Shijiazhuang Second Pharmaceutical Group, and Shijiazhuang Four Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. It is the first company in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry to be established in a “strong and strong alliance” approach. The oversized pharmaceutical companies have now developed into one of China’s four major antibiotics and four major vitamin production bases.
