目的观察中药复方清热颗粒对病毒感染急性期患者细胞免疫功能的干预作用。方法将30例病毒感染急性期患者分为两组,分别给予抗病毒治疗(简称西药组)或抗病毒联合中药复方清热颗粒治疗(简称中西医组)。观察治疗前、治疗7天后外周血淋巴细胞亚群变化,并与健康对照者(20名,作为正常对照组)比较。结果与正常对照比较,病毒感染急性期患者外周血T细胞比例升高,B细胞及NK细胞比例降低(P<0.01);T细胞亚群中,CD4~+T细胞、CD4~+CD28~+T细胞、CD8~+CD28~+T细胞比例降低,CD8~+T细胞、CD8~+CD38~+T细胞比例升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗7天后,患者CD4~+T细胞、CD4~+CD28~+T细胞及CD8~+CD28~+T细胞比例较治疗前增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD8~+CD38~+T细胞比例降低(P<0.01),且CD4~+T、CD4~+/CD8~+、CD8~+CD28~+T及CD8~+CD38~+T中西医组改变程度优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论病毒感染急性期患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,中药复方清热颗粒联合抗病毒治疗可明显改善病毒感染导致的免疫紊乱及免疫损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine compound Qingre granules on cellular immune function in patients with acute viral infection. Methods Thirty patients with acute phase of virus infection were divided into two groups, which were treated with anti-virus therapy (referred to as western medicine group) or anti-virus combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Granule treatment (referred to as Chinese and Western medicine group) respectively. The changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets before and 7 days after treatment were observed and compared with healthy controls (20, as a normal control group). Results Compared with the normal control group, the percentage of T cells in peripheral blood of patients infected with virus was increased and the ratio of B cells and NK cells was decreased (P <0.01). Among T cell subsets, CD4 ~ + T cells, CD4 ~ + CD28 ~ (P <0.05, P <0.01). The proportion of CD8 ~ + CD28 ~ + T cells in CD8 ~ + T cells and CD8 ~ + CD38 ~ + T cells was decreased. After 7 days of treatment, the proportion of CD4 ~ + T cells, CD4 ~ + CD28 ~ + T cells and CD8 ~ + CD28 ~ + T cells in the patients were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05, P0.01) (P <0.01), and the degree of change in CD4 ~ + T, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +, CD8 ~ + CD28 ~ + T and CD8 ~ + CD38 ~ 0.05). Conclusions There are cellular immune dysfunction in patients with acute phase of virus infection. Combined with Chinese medicine compound Qingre granules in combination with antiviral therapy can obviously improve immune disorder and immune damage caused by virus infection.
