按照市委、市政府的要求,今年我市经济增长目标就是要确保国内生产总值增长率达到14％,这是一个经济目标,也是一项政治任务,能否顺利实现这一目标,关系到我市改革、发展、稳定的大局。当前,市委、市政府和全市人民的中心工作就是要确保这一目标的实现。 据有关资料表明,今年上半年,我市国内生产总值比去年同期已实现14％的增长,看来,今年全年的经济增长目标能否按预定计划顺利完成,主要取决于我们在下半年的工作情况。展望下半年的经济增长,可以说,要实现预定目标,存在一定困难,但有利条件也不少,只要我们按照市委、市政府的统一部署继续积极开展工作,那么,我们就一定能够实现全年的经济增长目标。
