目的:探讨连钱草的抑菌活性。方法:用微量稀释法比较4种方法提取的连钱草提取物对供试菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:连钱草挥发油和水提物对供试菌有一定程度的抑制作用。结论:连钱草挥发油和水提物具有明显的体外抑菌作用。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial activity of ligusticum wallichii. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of the extracts from the four methods were tested by micro-dilution method. Results: Even the volatile oil and water extract of Qiancao had a certain degree of inhibitory effect on the tested bacteria. CONCLUSION: Volatile oil and water extract have a significant antibacterial effect in vitro.
