Objective To explore the influencing factors of myocardial ischemia in high-altitude dust-operated workers of different ages. Methods A total of 392 people working in dust mines of a mining company located at an altitude of 3 700 m and carrying on rotation work at different service ages were examined by electrocardiogram, and the results were analyzed by hygienic statistics. Results The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in high-altitude dust rotation workers was higher than that of dust workers in plain areas. The main causes of ST-T down, the total abnormal ECG rate and ST-T down-shift were mainly detected in ≤ 5 years There was a significant difference between group 2 and other tests in the miners’ age group (P <0.05). Conclusion High altitude may have some harmful effect on the heart function of dust workers, especially for those working less than 5 years.
