中等职业教育是教育的重要组成部分,加快发展中等职业教育,是实施科教兴国战略的要求,也是教育改革与发展需要抓好的重要环节。我省实施教育“9+3”工程以来,出台许多优惠政策,加大对中职教育投资,各地中职学校快速发展,中职在校生数大幅度增加,职业教育呈现出欣欣向荣的局面。但中职学生流失的问题一直困扰着所有职教人,造成辍学率高的原因何在?如何确保学生招得来,留得住?成了中职学校领导和教师们
