为研究中药灭囊灵体外对猪囊尾蚴的抑制作用和毒理作用,用小鼠和大鼠进行了实验研究。结果表明,灭囊灵醇提物在体外对猪囊尾蚴具有明显的杀灭作用,16.7%浓度杀灭率达100%,其 ED_(50)为 5.18%,LD_(50)大于小鼠灌胃 8g/kg,为临床人用量 50倍以上。长期毒性试验证明对大鼠无毒副作用,其最大用量为人用量的40 倍以上。
In order to study the inhibitory and toxicological effects of traditional Chinese medicine cystohormone on cysticercus in mice, an experimental study was conducted in mice and rats. The results showed that the cyhalothrin extract had a significant killing effect on cysticercus in vitro. The killing rate was 16.0% and the ED_(50) was 5.18%. The LD_(50) was greater than that of mice. 8g/kg, more than 50 times the amount of clinical people. The long-term toxicity test proved no toxic side effects on rats, and its maximum dosage was more than 40 times that of humans.
