在用埋弧焊接法焊接15MnVN钢桥梁结构H形杆件角焊缝时,如何获得强度与母材相适应,而韧性高的焊缝金属是个主要问题。本文通过调整焊缝金属含锰量来控制金属的强度,使之与母材相适应。通过向焊缝金属里同时添加硼、钛与锰量适当配合,改善铁素体形态,细化铁素体晶粒以得到高韧性的焊缝金属。文中对B、Ti、Mn等元素对焊缝金属组织及韧性的影响进行了论述。提出焊缝金属含Ti 0.01~0.02%、B 0.005~0.007%、Mn 0.74~1.13%为宜。并为拟制适用于15MnVN钢角焊缝埋弧焊用的新焊剂提供了理论基础。
In submerged arc welding of 15MnVN steel H beam structure fillet welding, how to obtain the strength and adapt to the base metal, and high toughness of the weld metal is a major problem. This article by adjusting the metal content of the weld metal to control the strength of the metal, so that it is compatible with the base metal. By adding boron, titanium and manganese in the weld metal at the same time, it can improve ferrite morphology and refine ferrite grains to obtain high toughness weld metal. In this paper, B, Ti, Mn and other elements on the weld metal microstructure and toughness were discussed. It is proposed that the weld metal should contain 0.01-0.02% Ti, 0.005-0.007% B and 0.74-1.13% Mn. It also provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of a new flux for submerged arc welding of 15MnVN steel fillet welds.
