在河道治理方面,我国历代劳动人民积累了丰富经验。近代国内外河工技术又有很大发展。如何学习和借鉴国内外治河经验及先进技术,对沂、沭、泗河道治理进行宏观决策和拟定治理方案,是我局面临的现实问题。本文列述了护滩固堤、挑坝逼溜、生物防护、土工织物等若干治河设想,权作抛砖引玉。希望开展讨论,权衡各种利弊,汇集众家之长,以利对河道开展综合治理。
In the aspect of river regulation, the working people of all ages in our country have accumulated rich experience. Modern river technology at home and abroad have great development. How to study and learn from the experience and advanced technologies at home and abroad for the sake of making macro decisions and formulating governance plans for the governance of Yi River, Shuhe and Sihe River is a realistic problem for our bureau. This article lists a number of cure for the embankment, pick the dam to resist slippery, biological protection, geotextile and other ideas, the right to start a discussion. We hope that discussions will be held to weigh the pros and cons of each other and pool the strengths of all the public to facilitate the comprehensive management of the river.
