本文分别采用过膜游动法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法和放射免疫分析法测定了正常人和精子活力低下的不育症患者精子膜的脂类过氧化反应(LP)、环一磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环一磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)水平,研究了膜LP、细胞内cAMP和cGMP与运动性之间的关系。结果表明,无论正常还是活力低下的精子,膜LP和运动性之间均存在明显负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.001和r=-0.68,P<0.001);精子内两种环核苷酸与运动性之间则均存在明显正相关(cAMP:r=0.64,P<0.01和r=0.59,P<0.01;cGMP:r=0.60,P<0.01和r=0.55;P<0.05)。其中膜LP与运动性之间的相关性最高。这些结果提示,膜LP是造成精子运动性降低的主要原因之一;精子内两种环核苷酸也可能影响其运动性。
In this paper, the peritoneal membrane lipid peroxidation (LP) of sperm membrane in normal subjects and infertile patients with low sperm motility was measured by the method of perineal migration, thiobarbituric acid colorimetry and radioimmunoassay. (CAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) were measured to investigate the relationship between membrane LP, intracellular cAMP and cGMP and motility. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between LP and motility of spermatozoa (r = -0.76, P <0.001 and r = -0.68, P <0.001), both sperm nucleosides There was a significant positive correlation between acidity and motility (cAMP: r = 0.64, P <0.01 and r = 0.59, P <0.01; cGMP: r = 0.60, P <0.01 and r = 0.55, P <0.05). Among them, the correlation between membrane LP and motility is the highest. These results suggest that membrane LP is one of the major causes of sperm motility reduction; two cyclic nucleotides within sperm may also affect their motility.
