转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)是一种多功能多肽,对许多类型细胞的增殖和分化,以及组织的创伤修复反应具有重要的调节作用。本实验观察了TGF-β及其联合表皮生长因子(EGF)或碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对离体兔角膜上皮细胞生长的影响。结果显示:TGF-β可降低剂量相关的上皮细胞的增殖能力;EGF和bFGF可显著刺激上皮细胞的增殖;TGF-β可部分地对抗EGF和bFGF的作用。提示;TGF-β对角膜上皮细胞的增殖能力起着负性调节作用,对EGF和bFGF的促增殖效应具有下调作用。
Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is a multifunctional polypeptide that plays an important regulatory role in the proliferation and differentiation of many cell types and in tissue wound repair reactions. This experiment observed the effects of TGF-β and its combined epidermal growth factor (EGF) or basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the growth of corneal epithelial cells in vitro. The results showed that TGF-β could reduce the dose-dependent proliferation of epithelial cells; EGF and bFGF could significantly stimulate the proliferation of epithelial cells; TGF-β could partially antagonize the effects of EGF and bFGF. Tip; TGF-β on the proliferation of corneal epithelial cells plays a negative regulatory role in the proliferation of EGF and bFGF have a down-regulation effect.
