我国大多数图书馆之所以缺乏活力，就是因为没有建立一种能使自身进行良性循环的生命机制，因而人力、物力、财力等得不到充分发挥。要改变这种状况，就必须采取得力措施，建立起充满活力的图书馆生命机制，促进图书馆事业蓬勃发展
The reason why most libraries in our country lack vitality is that they can not give full play to their human, material, financial and other resources because they have not established a life mechanism that enables them to carry out a virtuous circle. To change this situation, we must take effective measures to establish a vibrant life-mechanism of the library and promote the vigorous development of the library.
