20世纪下半叶的全球化，正以一种不以任何人的意志为转移的发展成为现实。全球化改变着当代的政治、经济和社会生活，它对我们党的建设也必然带来深刻的影响。党要始终走在时代的前列，经受住各种风险，就必须正视这种现实，抓紧研究相应的对策，迎接全球化的挑战。
The globalization of the second half of the twentieth century is being made in a development that does not depend on anyone’s will. Globalization has changed the political, economic and social life in our time. It has also had a profound impact on the building of our party. As the party must always be at the forefront of the times and withstand all kinds of risks, it must face up to this reality and pay close attention to the corresponding measures to meet the challenges of globalization.
