As the development and globalization of the world economy,the links amongdifferent countries are becoming much tighter.And the words"finance"and"international trade"are not strange to us,still there are many learners doing someresearch on the two aspects.Literature review is done from national and regionallevel,from which we find out that financial development can affect the internationaltrade.How the finance influences the international trade has been a popular topic.Thelink between these two is tied by the economy development.Because thedevelopment of the finance can do some effects on the economy,and also theimprovement of the economy can influence the intemational trade.
As China is a big country in the world now,and in the different districts of China,the degree of development differs very much.There is necessary to research on theChinese regional finance and the regional international trade.Shandong and Jiangsuprovince,as the leading regions in china,have the similar geographic location andsimilar economy environment.It has good point to compare these two districts todiscover and prove the real relationship between finance and intemational trade. This essay will be written into 6 parts,and through the econometric methods:ADF test,Johansen Co-integration test,Granger cause test,VAR model and ImpulseResponse analysis,I can get the results and some suggestions.
