乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的肿瘤之一,其治疗方案以放疗结合手术治疗为主。然而由于放疗本身的剂量限制以及部分肿瘤细胞对放疗的抵抗性,使得传统放疗手段的作用较为有限。因此,为了提高放疗的有效性同时降低其毒副作用,有必要开发新型替代性治疗手段。例如,放疗和化疗的联合治疗,放疗增敏剂的应用等,在提高肿瘤组织对放疗的灵敏度的同时降低辐射剂量。随着纳米技术与纳米药物的快速发展,纳米材料在提高放疗效果,克服肿瘤组织的放疗抵抗性方面引起人们的广泛关注。纳米胶束既可直接运载放射性同位素到肿瘤组织发挥内放射性治疗作用,也可
