水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,有超过一半的人口以稻米为主食。水稻大多数农艺性状是受多基因控制的数量性状,相关基因的鉴定和分离是开展水稻分子设计育种的前提和基础。染色体片段代换系(CSSLs,Chromosome segment substitution lines)的每个代换系只含有一个或少数几个来自供体亲本的片段,能够消除背景干扰,被认为是进行QTL分析的理想材料。本研究基于分子标记辅助选择,构建了一套109个以籼稻品种华占为受体亲本,8001为供体亲本的染色体片段代换系。在此基础上,开展水稻
