苯丙素类化合物的氧化偶联反应研究

本论文介绍了苯丙素类化合物的氧化偶联反应,在苯丙素单体中引入位置保护基——叔丁基或溴,通过区域选择性控制,完成了(±)-Canabisin D的仿生全合成。另外对其他一些醇类、酯类苯丙素单体在金属或者酶催化下的偶联反应做了初步研究。论文分为三个章节:第一部分绪论,简单介绍了木脂素类化合物的发现、命名和分类,对近年来发现的几种酰胺类木脂素结构及其它木脂素的化学合成和仿生合成做了简要概述。第二部分详细
