大豆农杆菌介导转化RNAi花叶病毒衣壳蛋白基因研究

：

大豆花叶病毒病由大豆花叶病毒(Soybean mosaic virus, SMV)引起,是世界范围大豆生产区的主要病害之一。大豆花叶病毒属于马铃薯Y病毒科(Potyviridae)马铃薯Y病毒属(Potyvirus),可通过受侵染的种子,蚜虫和机械接种传播,它不仅会引起大豆植株矮化、叶片皱缩、花叶、顶枯等症状,而且还会使大豆种粒斑驳,降低大豆的产量及其外观品质,大豆花叶病毒病一般会造成病田减产10
