玉米耐低磷基因型筛选鉴定及其适应机理的研究

采用土培方法，在3个供磷水平上对105个玉米自交系进行了苗期耐低磷基因型筛选，并用盆栽试验和大田试验对筛选出的部分典型材料进行了全生育期的鉴定。苗期筛选主要以缺磷症状和植株干重为指标，得到10个低磷敏感基因型和11个耐低磷基因型材料。自交系2003-92和2003-34在低磷胁迫下的单株吸磷量和相对磷累积量在耐低磷基因型中属于最高的，因而2003-92和2003-34属于典型的磷高效吸收型；低磷胁
